Corrugated steel pipe (CSP) is available in several protective coatings to provide design service life, while aluminum pipe does not require protective coating. These choices allow designers to economically match the best material to the site conditions.

Corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and spiral rib pipe (SRP) are available in four different material types to economically meet the environmental and service life conditions defined for each installation.

The StormKeeper™ Sediment Strip is an NJCAT verified water quality treatment device that can easily be incorporated into any system layout by providing three additional features to a designated row of chambers:

Flow Diversion -The initial storm water flows from a rain event (i.e. the first flush) are routed directly to the Sediment Strip via a small manhole or drain basin with an integrated diversion weir, allowing storm water to first fill the designated row before overtopping the weir and spilling over into the remaining rows.

One of the most challenging aspects of any site development design is the control of post-development stormwater flows. The Lane StormShaper is designed to release stormwater from a system at an optimal rate (the rate allowed by local regulations), including multiple storm requirements. The ideal outlet hydrograph will often be a series of jumps in the outlet rate, with each jump corresponding to the transition between one design storm and the next. This means that, as opposed to conventional systems, the storm water will be released at a higher rate early in the storm event.

The StormShaper system will allow the designer to ‘shape’ the actual outlet hydrograph to conform to the ideal outlet strategy. The result is that the detention system can be reduced in size by an average of 30 to 40 percent when compared to conventional outlet designs
